The Front Yard

The house sits on a great street and has a large front and side yard. The house boasts a two car garage with an extra bump out for storage. There is a front porch, complete with landscaping.

The Back Yard

The backyard on this house is enormous (one of the largest in the community). It backs up to a scenic pond. The back of the house has plenty of landscaping and a large 400 square foot deck ready to lots of backyard fun. Also included is a 100 square foot storage shed.

The Great Room

The perfect room to watch TV, hang out with family, and snuggle up by the fire. Wired for cable, network and phone, this great room--with a cathedral ceiling--is large, boasting large windows and a gas fireplace.

The Dining Room/ Flex Room

The dining room (right off the great room and before the kitchen) was originally billed as a flex room. We do use it as a dining room and piano room, but it could be used as a playroom, office, etc, as the kitchen is an eat in kitchen. The walls are neutral brown, and the curtain panels (window overlooks the large deck) are included. The room has updated lighting.

The Kitchen

The kitchen in this home is magnificent. It is very large, with plenty of cabinet space, including a center island. The floors are laminate wood, and there is large bump out that makes this eat in kitchen very spacious. The bump out has sliding doors out to the deck and the back yard. There is a large walk-in pantry and an extra closet for cleaning/laundry supplies. The kitchen is painted a pale neutral yellow, and the bump out windows come with denim curtains. Of course, the side-by-side refrigerator, range and oven, brand new dishwasher and microwave oven (now on counter--the one in the picture below recently died) are included.

The Laundry Room

The washer and dryer (both newer) stay! The laundry room is located in the breezeway between the garage and the kitchen. The laundry room also contains the hot water heater and the furnace. There is one shelf and a clothes line in the laundry room.

Bathroom #1

The cute half bath is a perfect downstairs guest bathroom, which means that guests never have to venture upstairs to your two other bathrooms! The crisp white trim and pedestal sink, complete with updated lighting, makes this a great bathroom. The walls are painted a cobalt blue, and we will either paint the room the neutral color of your choice or give you $75 for the paint to remain as is and YOU paint it.

Upstairs--The layout

The above picture is the upstairs landing that connects the bedrooms and bathrooms. The picture is taken from the door of the master bedroom. Immediately to the right, there are stairs downstairs. The door on the left is bathroom #3, and the door to the right is the linen closet. The two doors at the end of the hallway (on a V) are bedroom #2 (to the left) and bedroom #3 (to the right). Paint and carpet are neutral.

Master Bathroom

An in-suite bath, complete with double vanity, is attached to the master bedroom. The bathroom is painted in a pale green color, has shower doors (we put a shower curtain in front of the frosted doors), a large mirror, updated lighting, and several storage areas/shelves.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is very large and has a cathedral ceiling. The master bedroom has a walk-in-closet and an in-suite bathroom. The bedroom is so large that it currently holds a king sized bed, two nightstands, a music sitting area, two dressers and our entire home office. The walls are painted a sage color, and we will either paint the room the neutral color of your choice or give you $75 for the paint to remain as is and YOU paint it. The bedroom has one window and is wired for phone, cable and network. The window is covered by a roman shade and a curtain attached to rod, all of which will stay.

Upstairs Bedroom #2

This room currently houses two of our children. This room has accordion doors on the closet, one window and is wired for cable, network and phone. This room is painted a pale blue color and the plantation blinds and curtain rod will remain.

Upstairs Bedroom #3

This room is currently used as a packed-with-stuff baby's nursery. The room has one window and a walk-in-closet. We will paint this room the neutral color of your choice or take $75 off the price of your first month's rent to keep it as is and YOU paint it. The window drapes will leave, but the plantation blinds and curtain rod will remain.

Bathroom #3

Pretty basic. This bathroom needs a shower curtain. This bathroom currently has colored squares painted on the walls to match the shower curtain. We will paint this room the neutral color of your choice, or you can take $75 off the cost of your first month's rent to keep it as is and YOU paint it (shower curtain included).
